Really good episode by MAPPA. Manga readers are saying this is the worst episode but I still liked it a lot from an anime standpoint.

MAPPAによる本当に良いエピソード。マンガ読者はこれはワースト・エピソードって言ってるけど、オレはそれでもアニメ観点からこのエピソードすごく好きだったな。

I don’t think anyone said this was a bad ep tho. Direction wise this was clearly the best one in s4. Only some manga readers are disappointed due to some cuts but it’s understandable considering 16 ep for 32 monthly chapters

オレは誰もこれが悪いエピソードだなんて言ってないと思うけどね。このディレクションは明らかにシーズン4のうちでベスト・エピソードの一つだったよ。何人かのマンガ読者たちだけがいくつかマンガからカットされたことにガッカリしてるけど、マンスリーの32チャプターを16エピソードってことを考えると理解できるよ。

This anime is so well connected. Most of the anime just keeps on making story whithout looking what happened in the first or second seasons. But attack on titan is so well connected. As more of the plot reveals we can relate it to the previous seasons. This is one of the best anime NGL

「進撃の巨人」はすごくよく繋がってるよ。ほとんどのアニメは1期か2期で起きたことを考えずにただストーリーを作り続けるけど、進撃の巨人はすごくよく繋がってるよ。もっとプロットが明らかになるほど、前のシーズンでのことがわかるようになる。冗談抜きでこれはベスト・アニメの一つだね。

How did eren not die after 13 years? Did I miss something?

Reiner is not having a good time. also, WHO THE **** IS THE GUY AT THE END? the way he talks feels so familiar, and it bothers me how I don’t know his name.

その答えは後で明らかになるから、ネタバレになるよ。マンガではあれより全然はっきりしてなかったけど、アニメではまったく同じ声と顔をしてる

I don’t see anybody talking about the man at the end talking to Falco? That could only be Eren! I’d recognize that voice anywhere, plus his hair and eye color? They’ve been there the entire time? What were they doing, biding their time? If Eren has his leg still lost, that means he hasn’t turned into a Titan all these years? Because then it would’ve grown back.
