第3話 海外の反応・感想

Well it’s nice we finally know that the egg girls all committed suicide, now all that’s left now is to figure out whether Ai and the Wonder Helpers are bringing them back to life or helping them pass on peacefully. I really hope it’s the former, mostly because I want Ai and co. to know that their work does have meaning, even if they can’t save their friends.

うん、やっと卵の女の子たちが自殺した人たちだったことが分かったね、後はアイと周りの人たちと彼女たちを救い出すのかそれか、そのまま死への道へ送り出すのか。僕は前者であることを強く願うよ、たとえ彼女たちを救えなかったとしても、アイと仲間たちがやっていることは何か意味があると思うよ。

Still don’t know what the Counselor’s deal is. He could be a good guy or a bad guy or something entirely different. The bits of flashback is making me interested to know what really happened to Koito.

未だにカウンセラーは何がしたいのか分からない。彼は良い人にも悪い人でも、それか全く違うほかの何にでもなりうるね。ちょっとしたフラッシュバックがあったけどコイトに何が起こったのかすごく気になったよ。

This show really shows how we let societies young people fall through the cracks/be thrown into them. All of these girls whether they were the ones using the eggs or the ones being saved could have so easily been helped but the people around them seemed oblivious or were the perpetrators.

「ワンダーエッグ・プライオリティ」は本当にどれだけ私たちが社会の若者を無視してるか伝えているよね。彼女たちは卵を使っている人なのか、それか簡単に救い出されることができた人たちなのか。でも彼女たちの周りにいる人たちは加害者か見て見ぬふりをしている人ばかり。

Best animation by far this season. Not seen something so well drawn and animated in a long time. Will be nice to get the BluRay to get better colour depth hopefully. Colour banding could just be a poor encode though. I noticed some colour banding in a few places but that is to be expected.

今シーズンで今のところ一番良いアニメだよ。とても良く描けているのここしばらく見てなかったよ。ブルーレイを買ってもっと色深さを楽しめたら素敵だろうね。カラーバンディング（横縞）はきれいな表示がされにくいけどね。いくつかのシーンで見られたけど、まぁ予想できてた範囲だよ。

Everything makes sense besides what Koito’s “”monster”” was. Did she commit suicide because of bullying, or the teacher -Mr. Saitawa- have an inappropriate relationship with her like how its implied many times? I’m still very unsure, but I do now know that Ai’s current depressive episode is around the fact that Koito didn’t console in her.

コイトの”悩み”が何だったのかそれ以外は全て理解できたよ。彼女はいじめによる自殺だったのか、何度かそういったシーンがあったように先生と不適切な関係にあったのか？まだ確かじゃないけど、アイの今回の悲しみはコイトが相談してくれなかった事実だったと思う。

I’m getting more uncomfortable as they reveal more details about the characters. As always, it looks beautiful and this show haven’t missed on anything yet.

登場人物について明らかになってきたもっと混乱してきた。いつも通り、素晴らしく何も欠けているところはないよ。

The soundtrack is equally as great as the artstyle, and I only really noticed it now. They go together so well in a way I can’t quite put into words. Lonely? Melancholic? Somber? Something like that, but with just a dash of cheerfulness and whimsy.

サウンドトラックはアートスタイルと同じくらい良いね、今それに気づいたよ。上手く言い表せないけど、良い感じに融合してるね。寂しさというか融合さとかそんな感じ。それに陽気さと気まぐれさが加わった感じ。

Another amazing episode, we are introduced to Rika who is first shown to be very arrogant but I think that isn’t really her and she’s actually a good person as we saw. Those idol fanatics are pretty insane damn. The idol world is pretty ****ed up sometimes, well the show business in general is too. I really like Ai, she’s such a great character. Their making the sensei very sus, but it could still be a red herring, the teacher could actually have been helping Koito, but it’s 50/50. Visuals were once again amazing and in fact I think it was even more better than the previous episodes. Really looking forward to the next episode.

また素晴らしい回だったよ、リカという一見傲慢な子が出てきたけど、あれは本当の彼女ではなくて実際は良い子なんだと思う。あのアイドル熱狂的なファンはかなり普通じゃない。アイドルの世界は時々上手くいかないし舞台ビジネスもそうだよね。アイはとってもいいキャラクターで気に入ってるよ。先生をかなり匂わさせてるけど、それもただの思い込ませなのかも、実際はコイトを本当に助けていたのかも、まぁ五分五分だね。映像はもう一度言うけど素晴らしくて、前回よりもっと良かったと思うよ。次回が本当に楽しみ！

Rika’s character development is so well done within a single episode. Brash, obnoxious, and a freeloader on the outside but deeply remorseful and tragic within. The fact that her feelings for Chiemi are stronger than Ai’s feelings for Koito says it all

リカの心情・性格の変化が1話で良くできてたよ。表向きは厚かましく不快で人の弱みに付け込むような様子を見せるけど本当はひどく悲しみ後悔してる。彼女のチエミへの感情はアイがコイトに感じているものより強いものなんだよ。

I think it’s clear that Rika has a lot more going on in her life than is even shown with the guilt. She’s not acting admirably, per se, but I don’t think any character in this show is, and I think that considering her likely circumstances, her actions and behavior are totally understandable.

リカは実際に見えている以上に色んな事があったと明らかだよね。彼女は上手く演じていないし、他の子たちも表現はしていないと思うよ。彼女の状況や行動とか振る舞いは理解できるよ。

There was definitely some weird stuff going on between him and Ai that will be uncovered over the course of the show.

確実に先生とアイとの間でまだ暴かれてない何かあるね。

I didn’t think it was possible for an anime that is so brightly colored and adorable to be so intense and deep. The range of issues among young girls they’re tackling in this story is crazy.

かなり明るい色使いで深く激しい愛おしくなるアニメなんてないと思ってた。若者たちの間で問題になってる様々な社会問題をこの作品に取り入れるのも素晴らしいね。

This anime looks happy at first glance with the all the bright colours and amazing animation, but damn this is dark af. Also, the way fans of those idols explained how they committed suicide to follow her in death and just brushed it off like nothing was insane. Loving this anime so much though.

明るい雰囲気と素晴らしいアニメーションから最初の印象は明るく幸せなイメージだったけど、実際闇深いかったよ。ファンの子たちがアイドルの後を追って一緒に自殺をしたと説明してたけど、その話し方があたかも普通のことかのように軽く流していたよね。「ワンダーエッグ・プライオリティ」大好きだけどね。

At first, I didn’t really like Rika, but she really grew on me. I also love the Ai and Neiru friendship – it’s so wholesome.

最初、あんまりリカは好きになれなかったけど、徐々に好きになっていったよ。アイとネイルの友情関係も大好き、とっても健全だからね。
