I hope that we can all agree that even if that was “”a break”” for the team producing Wonder Egg Priority, that was such a good recap episode. It really hit the points of the plot and some of the best moments in a really effective way, and I loved it.

今回が”ワンダーエッグプライオリティ”の製作者たちの”休憩”としての回だったとしても素晴らしい総集編だったよ。効果的なやり方で話も最高なシーンのポイントを押さえてて僕は好きだったよ。

In Australia, I set an alarm and get up in the middle of the night to watch this. Far from impressed. Genuinely surprised a culture that places such importance on being courteous would pull this crap. It’s not being given a recap that’s the problem. It’s being presented with a pretend episode that’s labelled a unique episode with zero warning. Alternatives such as no episode at all, clearly labelled recap episode or even a warning a few days before would ALL have been more professional outcomes that this.

オーストラリアでは目覚ましをセットして真夜中にこれを見るために起き上がるよ。決して感動したわけじゃないけど、純粋に礼儀正しくいることが賢く生きるために大切にしてる文化に驚いたよ。今回総集編だったことが問題ではないよ。特別編と偽りの題名で何の告知もなしに放送されたことだよ。代わりの新しいエピソードが一つもなく、総集編として出すかせめて数日か前に告知してたらもっと成果もあったと思うよ。

That was actually a really good recap episode and also helped clear up some things. Like we knew all of those already, but it’s nice to have a definite statement about those things. Thanks, Acca and Ura-Acca. I hope they can fix their productions or scheduling issues, I understand times are tough right now but hopefully this recap episode can give them the time they need.

今回のかなり良い総集編だったし、色々整理されて理解することができたよ。もうすでに見たから分かってるけど明確なことを再度理解するのは良いことだよね。ありがとう、アカ、裏アカ。制作スケジュール問題を解決して進んでいくことを願うよ、時間の問題はすごく難しいのはよくわかるけど、今回の総集編で時間ができたことだと思うよ。

This is waking me up to the fact that recap episodes for high profile seasonal anime are practically non-existent these days.

総集編のおかげでこのアニメがここ最近でなかった今シーズン注目の作品だということに気づいたよ。

I liked this episode, seeing again everything explained a little by Acca was really interesting, I think it helped me to understand the characters better, and maybe noting some details.

アカが改めて全エピソードの総まとめをしてくれて面白かったし、僕は好きだったね。さらに登場人物のこともより良くしれて、いくつか細かい点にも気づけたよ。

People are really this angry at a recap episode. I even saw someone say they were completely dropping the show because they did a recap. Literally just wait one more week.

みんな今回の総集編の放送にすごく怒りを募らせてて、何なら完全に見るのを辞めた人もいるみたいだけどせめて1週間は待つべきだよ。

Recap episodes should be called “”recap episode””… Starting up the show expecting a new episode and getting hit with the recap is no fun haha

総集編は”総集編”と予告されるべきだよ、普通に始まられたら新しいエピソードだと思うし、同じの放送されても何も面白くないよ（笑）

I know having a break is bad for hype cycle, but I think this is one of those shows that can possibly have a break if it means they can give it a good finale. It really deserves it, there’s some social commentary in here that’s worth speaking about.

休憩をとるのは流れ的にあまり良くないけど、これでいい最終回ができるてことなら休憩をとる価値もあるんだと思う。ここでみんながどう感じるか意見を言い合う機会があって貴重だよ。

I was excited for a new Ep today, cause I’m loving this show (Even thought is been overshadowed by some bigger animes) , and then it was a recap. Was this because they got out of schedule? Working overtime and realising that they’re not gonna make it anyway, so they just recapped it to give themselves a chance to catch up? I know in animation studios, they can end up working super long days without a proper good recovery break after it all, so I’m just wondering what could have happened to such a good anime?

このアニメが好きだし、今日新しいエピソードを楽しみにしてた（他の人気なアニメの影に隠れてても）のに総集編だった。これって間に合わなかったからなの？残業して力を尽くしたけど間に合わないって気づいたから今回総集編にして時間稼ぎしたのかな？アニメ業界のことは良く知ってるし、果てしなく長い期間十分な休息もなく働いてるってこと、でも疑問良い作品はどうやったらできるの？

Darn it. Hopefully this doesn’t spell too much trouble for the rest of the season.

残りの分に影響がないといいけど…。

Man I was really excited for today’s episode 😂. I’m not complaining though. So far it’s been an incredible show.

I guess Cloverworks ended up more like Budgetworks this week, not surprised since they’re doing so much this season. In terms of recap episodes, at least it was entertaining to watch, unlike most recap episodes I’m used to seeing

おそらくクローバーワークスは予算的な問題で今回の総集編になってしまったんだと思うね、今シーズンめっちゃやってるしそうなるのも予想できるけど。総集編に関しては、今まで見てたものと違って少なくとも楽しませてくれたと思う。

I never watch the recap episodes but I love the art style and animation of this show so much I didn’t care I watched it without skipping. Also I understand they might need a break so they can continue providing the amazing quality they have, cloverworks is relatively new but is slowly turning into one of y favorite studios

今まで総集編を観たことなかったけどアートスタイルとかアニメーションがすごく好きで見逃しがあっても気にしなかったよ。良い作品を作るのに休憩が必要だってことは良くわかるし、そうすることでまた彼らが最高なアニメを届け続けてくれる、クローバーワークスはまだ新しいけど徐々にお気に入りのアニメ会社になってるよ。

Can I just say how utterly insane the quality of this anime season overall is? In a normal season I only have one, maybe two shows I rate an 8 or above. This season: 5. It’s crazy. And I haven’t even started watching Neverland or ReZero.

今シーズンのアニメ全体的にクオリティー低いよね？いつもだったら8かそれ以上の評価つけるけど今シーズンは5。今回はネバーランドもリゼロすら見てないもん。
