From some reason I am finding this arc pretty boring for a shounen anime.
オレはこのアーク（イベント）はかなり退屈だとわかってきたよ。
ストーリーアーク(story arc)
ストーリーアークはアメコミのみならず、一般的なテレビドラマや映画など、各メディアで使われる用語。
複数の回にまたがって１つのストーリーを形成するまとまりのこと。特にアメコミでは１つのストーリーアークの開始時から”１／３”や”１ of ３”などと回数を示し、以後”２／３”、”３／３”などと進んで今回がそのストーリーアークにおける何番目のストーリーにあたるのかが分かるようになっていることが多い。
通常は同じサブタイトルで通されるが、シリーズによっては同じストーリーアークであっても別のサブタイトルがつけられることもある。
I didn’t think about it before but Shinso has gadgets but he doesn’t have a hero costume yet
前はとくに考えてなかったけど、心操はガジェットは持ってるのにヒーロー・コスチュームはまだ持ってないなって。
Easily my favorite episode so far. We got to see more of best girl Momo! I really enjoyed seeing more Tokoyami. He can fly now!
今のところ余裕でオレのお気に入りエピソードだな。ベスト・ガールのモモ！常闇をもっと見れてマジで楽しかったな。彼は今は飛べるよ！
Man the dialogue and flashbacks early on felt pretty pointless, but the action / animation in the second made up for it I’d say.
はじめの方のダイアログと回想シーンはかなり無意味に感じたけど、後半のアクションとアニメーションで挽回したって感じだな。
Man somehow it feels like this whole season is filler / recap so far. Usually MHA does this type of stuff better, just a bit disappointed.
ああ、なんだか今のところこのシーズン全体がフィラーみたいな気がする。いつもならヒロアカはこういうのもっとうまくやるけど、なんかちょっとガッカリ。

everyone was so pessimistic about this arc but its going so good so far
みんなこのアークについてめちゃくちゃ悲観的だけど、今のところめっちゃ良いと思うけど
I’m not overly fond of it story-wise but at least it has some good action. I had a much bigger issue with the festival arc that was almost devoid of it.
オレはこのアークがすごく好きってわけじゃないけど、少なくとも良いアクションは結構あるよね。オレは学祭アークの方がよっぽどダメだったな。
loving the animation this season!

Am I just out growing this show or is it getting incredibly boring?

Well, I hoped they finish at least 2 fights in one episode. They didn’t finish even one. As a manga reader, am I too impatient?

Yes, they usually adapt 2-3 chapters an episode. So you’ll never get 2 fights in one episode.
そうだよ、通常、２〜３話を１つのエピソードにするからね。だから１エピソードで２戦ってのはないよ。

Too bad they disguised half of the episode as recap, so now we have to wait until next week to see the rest of the match..

I’m tapping out. This has gotten painfully mediocre. Feel like every week the only thing I’m looking forward to are The Peggies. Might pick it up again for the 2nd cour.
オレは見るのもうやめるよ。これはマジでおもしろくなくなった。 オレが毎週楽しみにしてるのはThe Peggiesだけって感じ。セカンド・クールはまた見るかもかな。
It is funny that people were complaining so much at the start of the season but the animation has been fantastic in this arc so far
今シーズンが始まった時はみんなめちゃくちゃ文句言ってたのに、今のところ、このアークのアニメーションはファンタスティックなのっておもしろいな。

I think they spend too much time on flashbacks/re-caps and could fit more of each match per episode without it. The hawks stuff was nice since it’s new footage, but some flashbacks they keep repeating a lot
オレは回想シーンとリキャップに時間使いすぎてると思うな、それをしなければ毎エピソードでもっとマッチを入れられるのに。 ホークスのやつはよかったけど、回想シーンは繰り返しやりすぎだよ
Deku nerding hard on his classmates hero potential is so damn cute.
デクがクラスメイトのヒーローのポテンシャルについてヲタクになってるのってめっちゃかわいい。
There was so much edge this episode. I love it.
今回のエピソードにはめちゃくちゃ中二病的なのがあったな。大好き。
