This might be a dumb question, but remember a while back when Ymir was talking about the “”real enemy””? Was she talking about Marley, or the racism, or something even bigger?

これはたぶんバカな質問だと思うんだけど、けっこう前にユミルが”本当の敵”について話してたのを覚えてるんだけど、あれって彼女はマーレのことを言ってたのかな、それとも差別？それとももっと大きな何か？

This was addressed back in the second last episode of season 3. She was trying to say “sekai” aka the World.

Especially to the director of the season. Hayashi is a great director. He doesn’t mind going bold for some scenes (like this one with grandpa Yeager), he doesn’t just color the manga pages and animate them.

This was an unbelievably well-composed, and well-directed episode. Pacing was also spot-on. Willy Tybur’s VA was spot-on and the episode was generally well-acted by all the cast. Cannot wait for the next episode. Shame it won’t be for another fortnight. WATCH THE POST CREDITS SCENE AS WELL.
